As you may know, there are many issues with the irrigation system in the Community.
Currently, there is one well that is still not working at all in the area 1010 through 1049, Buckingham Drive. There are three additional wells located in the areas of Canterbury Lane between Buckingham and Thornbury, and near Westminster and Liverpool that are only functioning at a minimal level.
All of these are waiting on a licensed professional well driller as required by the State.
There are several additional water breaks due to the age of the system and the Comcast installation. We are working on addressing them as soon as possible.
If possible, we are asking that you mark the sprinkler heads that are the problem. That would help expedite the matter when we arrive on site. Also, please be aware that very often it is not just the sprinkler head that is malfunctioning, but the problem may require excavation of other heads to address this problem, making what appears to be a “quick fix” a much more complex problem.
