The Leisure Village West Association is pleased to announce several staff promotions and new leadership appointments that reflect our continued commitment to strengthening operations and improving service to our residents.
Please join us in congratulating the following team members on their recent promotions:
- Howard Height – Assistant Community Manager
- Samantha Bowker – Community Administrator
- Ashley Fedroff – Maintenance Office Manager
These promotions recognize their dedication, professionalism, and ongoing commitment to the community. Each of these individuals has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities to help move the Association forward.
These leadership adjustments are part of our broader effort to more clearly define operational roles within the organization. Establishing a stronger management structure will allow us to better coordinate services, improve responsiveness, and support the many operational improvements currently underway across the community.
In addition to these promotions, we are also pleased to welcome two new members to our leadership team:
- James Waggner – Grounds Manager
- Rich Santomauro – Building Maintenance Manager
Both bring valuable experience and will play important roles in strengthening the maintenance and grounds operations throughout the community.
