WHAT IS STICKS ALIVE?
HEALTHY MIND, BODY AND SOUL
Sticks Alive is a fun combination of cardio drumming, Zumba/Latin dance, and strength and conditioning. The class can be modified for ALL LEVELS. You can move seated with no problem. Any movement is better than no movement! Exercise for seniors improves overall immune function, improves mental health, decreases the risk of falls, and social engagement, and improves cognitive function…bottom line, it is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
You can join a Sticks Alive Exercise Class on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.
