THE CLUBHOUSES

Club Encore is one of the main Community Clubhouses within Leisure Village West. It originally opened in 1978 and had a complete makeover in 2021. The Hall boasts a state-of-the-art auditorium with seating for up to 300. Concerts and performances are scheduled throughout the year for the residents to attend. Club Encore includes one of the original “bars” from the Queen Mary Oceanliner, now part of our Queen Mary Lounge. There are meeting rooms, card rooms, a music room, a coffee lounge, a billiards room and much more!

Leisure Fair is the smallest of the three Community Clubhouses. The main meeting room accommodates 100 people and is available for residents to book for private events. There are two other meeting rooms and a large rec room that houses our Ping-Pong tables and Table Shuffleboard. There is a kitchen available for catered and private events. Leisure Fair is best known for the Rummy-Q Club, Because It’s Thursday (a fun social group), and many card-playing events. Leisure Fair also has a Ping-Pong Club and has Yoga classes available for residents.

Willow Hall is the main Community Clubhouse within Leisure Village West.  Willow Hall includes amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, the Community’s very own KLVW-TV Studio, a wood shop, and a ceramics room. There is also a Model Railroad Club and a lending library with computers for the residents to use. The Willow Hall Auditorium seats up to 400 people. There is a full commercial kitchen for private parties and catered events. This is the Clubhouse where you can find the Board of Trustee meetings, as well as the Recreation Office.
