The Administration Committee currently needs two volunteers.
The Administration Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees about updating, revising, and adding to the Bylaws, Master Deed, and Handbook. The Committee also makes recommendations regarding the development of policies, rules, and procedures. The Committee reports on proposed or passed public laws that may affect the Association. Committee discussions are confidential, and members are obligated to maintain that confidentiality.
Members must be owners or co-owners. They cannot serve on more than one other standing committee and may not serve on ADR.
We are looking for people who have lived in LVW for at least two years and been involved in the community. Familiarity with LVWA’s governing documents and the ability to work collaboratively using digital tools such as email, Google Drive, and Word are necessary. Experience in policy setting or rule-making is desirable.
The Committee generally meets on the second Monday of the month at 1 PM.
