As you may know, there are many issues with the irrigation system in the Community.
Currently, there are 4 wells that are still not working correctly or are completely down.
These 4 wells are located in the following areas:
742 – 757 Buckingham
1051 – 1101 Buckingham
Between Buckingham and Canterbury
Winchester and Westminster area
A licensed professional, Environmental Well Drilling has been on site working on these as required by the State.
There are many additional water breaks in our lines due to the age of the system and the Comcast installation. We are working on getting to them as soon as possible.
Please note, very often some of the irrigation problems only occur during the 15 minute watering period. More serious problems are addressed first and due to these repairs, the repair of individual sprinkler heads have been delayed.
Also, please be aware, with other irrigation concerns, very often it is not just the sprinkler head that is malfunctioning but the problem may require excavation to other heads to address this problem, making what appears to be a “quick fix” a much more complex problem
