The purpose of the Model Railroad Club is to enjoy and promote the hobby of model railroading. This includes the operation and maintenance of the Club layout and equipment. This Club also allows those who do not have their own model railroad at home to have a place to gather to enjoy model HO-scale trains. The Club also hosts several open houses a year, allowing members of the Leisure Village West community to visit and bring family members and friends to experience the model railroad.
