The purpose of the Club is to sponsor fundraisers to support ORT schools and programs that continue “to educate and train millions of people around the world.” ORT’s innovative courses represent practical technological advances in education that encourage students to explore the increasingly important fields in science, such as physics, robotics, nanotechnology, bioengineering, and biochemistry. The principles of “values education” are woven into the curriculum in Africa, Asia, the Baltic States, Europe, Israel, Latin America, Russia, and the United States during a student’s time at an ORT school.
