Attached is the Roofing Replacement Schedule for the homes in the community. This tool helps us create the roof-replacement schedule for each year. Please note that this schedule changes often based on various factors. During the winter months, we inspect all the roofs scheduled for replacement in the coming years to determine if a roof still has additional life left to the roof or if a roof that isn’t yet scheduled should be moved up in the replacement schedule. The average lifespan of a roof before replacement is 25 to 26 years. With the installation of the new dimensional roofing material, we can now extend the life of roof replacements.
