Update on Xfinity Appointments and Service – REVISED

  1. If you have received a door tag at your residence, you must schedule an appointment to meet with Xfinity and to schedule your home install appointment. If you have NOT received a door tag, please do NOT schedule an appointment. If you already scheduled an appointment but have NOT received a door tag, please cancel the appointment and wait to schedule a new appointment once you receive a door tag.
  1. Please schedule an appointment to ensure a date and time for your convenience in lieu of walking in after you receive a door tag.
  2. Please note the location of the appointment dates – all appointment will take place either at Willow Hall or at Encore (depending on the date). NO APPOINTMENT will take place in a resident’s unit.
